Clear Focus in London

Brain fog describes difficulties such as concentration problems or slower thinking; it is not a diagnosis on its own. Clear Focus starts with your symptoms and health history, then connects relevant findings with a clinician-selected care plan.

YOUR CONCERN, TAKEN SERIOUSLY

A familiar problem.
A more directed next step.

A medical pathway for persistent brain fog, combining assessment and relevant testing with HSMW's treatment portfolio and an agreed review of concentration and daily function.

01 / YOUR CONCERN

The thought keeps slipping

You lose your train of thought, reread the same paragraph or find it harder to stay with a task.

02 / YOUR CONCERN

Familiar work feels different

Tasks that used to feel straightforward now ask more of your concentration.

03 / YOUR CONCERN

You want to understand your options

You want a medical pathway that explains the testing, treatment choices and follow-up available.

INSIDE CLEAR FOCUS

From your concern
to a treatment plan.

Four connected stages: find what matters, choose the right components, deliver the agreed care and review your progress. Your protocol is personalised around the clinical findings.

01

Review the pattern and test selectively

Discuss when the changes began, how they affect you, and the context of sleep, medicines and health. Choose investigations that are relevant to the clinical picture.

  • Concentration and symptom history
  • Sleep, medicines and daily routine
  • Selected blood, metabolic or hormone investigations
02

Choose your Clear Focus pathway

Review the findings before selecting care. Explore metabolic support, NAD+ IV and any specialist treatment that merits a separate discussion.

  • An explanation of relevant findings
  • Treatment options and alternatives
  • A plan linked to your daily priorities
03

Deliver the agreed care

Begin the selected components of your plan. The clinician sets any infusion or procedure details, checks suitability and explains monitoring and aftercare.

  • Relevant medical and lifestyle care
  • Individually selected infusion or specialist option
  • Dose, session timing and monitoring confirmed in advance
04

Review concentration in real life

At an agreed follow-up, discuss how concentration and daily function compare with your starting point and review any relevant results.

  • Tasks and situations that matter to you
  • Symptom and function comparison
  • Further testing or referral where indicated

Your written proposal sets out the selected treatments, schedule, alternatives, monitoring and fees before you proceed.

OUR CLINIC PORTFOLIO

The building blocks
of your protocol.

Clear Focus brings these clinic services into a directed plan. Your clinician selects the components that fit your findings, priorities and medical history.

01Foundation of the pathway

Selected blood testing

Investigate relevant contributors

Your clinician chooses tests around the history and examination, which may include metabolic, thyroid, hormone or nutritional questions where indicated.

Suitability & evidence

A blood test alone cannot explain every cause of brain fog.

02Foundation of the pathway

Metabolic review & care

Turn findings into a care plan

Consider relevant clinical findings alongside sleep, nutrition, medicines and routine. Agree the medical care, lifestyle support or referral that follows.

Suitability & evidence

The appropriate care depends on what the assessment finds.

03A possible treatment component

NAD+ IV

An optional infusion pathway

Explore HSMW's NAD+ infusion service as one possible part of a personalised plan, with dose, timing and monitoring discussed before any treatment.

Suitability & evidence

NAD+'s role in cellular processes does not prove that an infusion treats persistent brain fog.

04Individual clinical review

Methylene blue screening

A specialist option to discuss

A clinician reviews your medicines and screening requirements before considering the methylene blue IV service. It requires a separate treatment decision.

Suitability & evidence

Small studies in other settings do not establish IV methylene blue as a treatment for persistent brain fog.

05Individual clinical review

Phospholipid exchange

A specialist phosphatidylcholine infusion

This IV service uses a phospholipid that forms part of cell membranes. Discuss its proposed role, the evidence for your concern and the full treatment plan.

Suitability & evidence

Cell-membrane biology does not establish that this treatment improves concentration.

06Individual clinical review

EBOO suitability review

A dedicated specialist consultation

EBOO involves processing blood outside the body with oxygen and ozone. Your clinician considers the procedure, alternatives and risks separately from the initial brain-fog assessment.

Suitability & evidence

EBOO is not a standard brain-fog treatment or an automatic Clear Focus component.

A listed treatment is an option for individual review, not an automatic inclusion. The evidence and suitability of each component differ. Your initial check cannot determine which infusion or specialist treatment you should receive.

DEFINE WHAT BETTER LOOKS LIKE

A plan you can
measure against your life.

For adults concerned about persistent changes in concentration, clarity or everyday focus. We agree the starting measures and review them alongside your experience, treatment tolerability and clinical findings.

Focus during everyday tasks

Use the tasks you find difficult as reference points for the review.

Clarity about the care plan

Understand what each selected investigation or treatment is intended to address.

A considered next decision

Review symptoms and findings to decide what to continue, change or investigate further.

Keep everyday focus at the centre of your review.

Agree a review of your concentration, daily function and relevant test results. The aim is to make the next care decision using your experience and clinical findings, with an individual follow-up interval.

Results depend on the cause of your concern and the care selected. We cannot calculate your personal improvement from a short questionnaire. Your own goals give the plan direction; they are not a forecast.

UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS

Before you
choose your plan.

Straight answers about the protocol, its components and the next step.

Is Clear Focus a treatment programme for brain fog?

It is a personalised medical pathway that connects assessment and selected testing with a directed care plan and review. The portfolio includes metabolic care, NAD+ IV, methylene blue screening, phospholipid exchange and EBOO suitability review. Your clinician determines which parts, if any, belong in your plan.

Does the tool recommend methylene blue or an IV?

It does not select a medicine or procedure. It helps you explore the protocol and prepare for a clinical suitability discussion. Treatment decisions require your medical history and the relevant checks.

Can brain fog and fatigue be considered together?

Yes. Clear Focus can consider both concerns in the same assessment. Explain which changes trouble you most and how they affect your day.

What if the confusion started suddenly?

Sudden confusion needs immediate medical help. Call 999 or go to A&E rather than waiting for a planned Clear Focus appointment.

What are the duration and price?

The clinic confirms the assessment, any tests, selected treatments and review arrangements with their fees before you book the relevant care. There is no single fixed treatment course for everyone.

What do I receive, and what will it cost?

Your clinic assessment leads to a written protocol proposal: the chosen components, any investigations, treatment schedule, alternatives, monitoring and itemised fees. The clinic confirms the consultation fee before booking and the treatment plan before you decide to proceed. There is no single automatic bundle for everyone.
