YOUR CONCERN, TAKEN SERIOUSLY

A familiar problem.
A more directed next step.

A healthspan protocol for active adults 40+, connecting selected testing, a personalised care and treatment plan, and quarterly or annual comparison with your baseline.

01 / YOUR CONCERN

Your life is still full of plans

You want your health priorities to reflect the activities, travel and everyday independence you value.

02 / YOUR CONCERN

You notice changes in your stamina

Recovery, energy or strength feels different, and you want to put those changes into context.

03 / YOUR CONCERN

You want a baseline to return to

You want testing and care connected to a review plan over the months and years ahead.

INSIDE ACTIVE YEARS

From your concern
to a treatment plan.

Four connected stages: find what matters, choose the right components, deliver the agreed care and review your progress. Your protocol is personalised around the clinical findings.

01

Establish your personal baseline

Review medical and family history, sleep and activity. Choose cardiometabolic, hormonal or nutritional measures when relevant to your health priorities.

  • Your health and family history
  • Strength, stamina and activity priorities
  • Selected baseline testing
02

Choose your Active Years plan

Bring the findings together into a personal care plan. Consider metabolic support, referrals and the treatment options that merit individual discussion.

  • Prioritise the findings that matter
  • Explore appropriate treatment choices
  • Agree ongoing care and review arrangements
03

Deliver your selected care

Begin the agreed support. If NAD+ IV, EBOO or phospholipid exchange is selected, the clinician confirms the treatment details, suitability and monitoring before it starts.

  • Metabolic and lifestyle care
  • Individually selected IV or specialist treatment
  • A continuity or membership discussion where useful
04

Compare quarterly or annually

Return to your personal baseline at a quarterly or annual review. Revisit the measures, symptoms and activities that guide your next care decision.

  • Quarterly or annual clinical review
  • Relevant comparison with your baseline
  • Updated goals and further care where appropriate

Your written proposal sets out the selected treatments, schedule, alternatives, monitoring and fees before you proceed.

OUR CLINIC PORTFOLIO

The building blocks
of your protocol.

Active Years brings these clinic services into a directed plan. Your clinician selects the components that fit your findings, priorities and medical history.

01Foundation of the pathway

Selected baseline blood tests

Measure what is relevant to you

Choose cardiometabolic, hormonal and nutritional investigations where indicated, so your plan starts from relevant clinical information.

Suitability & evidence

More testing is not always more useful; selection follows your history and goals.

02Foundation of the pathway

Metabolic care

A continuing medical foundation

Connect relevant findings with a personal medical and lifestyle plan around long-term health priorities.

Suitability & evidence

The approach targets your assessed needs rather than a promised change in biological age.

03A possible treatment component

NAD+ IV

An optional infusion discussion

Explore the NAD+ infusion service within your personal plan, with its proposed role, treatment details and monitoring explained before you decide.

Suitability & evidence

NAD+ infusion has not been shown to reverse ageing or guarantee a longer life.

04Individual clinical review

EBOO / EBOO2

Specialist procedure options

Discuss HSMW's EBOO services, which process blood outside the body with oxygen and ozone. The exact procedure and its suitability need a separate clinical review.

Suitability & evidence

The procedure is not an established way to reverse ageing or extend lifespan.

05Individual clinical review

Phospholipid exchange

A specialist IV option

A phosphatidylcholine infusion within the HSMW portfolio. Explore the evidence for your goal, alternatives and complete treatment details with the clinician.

Suitability & evidence

The role of phospholipids in cells does not establish an anti-ageing result from infusion.

06A possible treatment component

Monitored continuity / membership

Keep your care connected

Discuss whether ongoing membership or a scheduled review arrangement fits your plan and the measures you want to follow over time.

Suitability & evidence

The clinic confirms the actual services, review frequency and fees included.

A listed treatment is an option for individual review, not an automatic inclusion. The evidence and suitability of each component differ. Your initial check cannot determine which infusion or specialist treatment you should receive.

DEFINE WHAT BETTER LOOKS LIKE

A plan you can
measure against your life.

For active adults 40+ who want a considered plan around strength, stamina and independence. We agree the starting measures and review them alongside your experience, treatment tolerability and clinical findings.

Strength and stamina priorities

Keep the activities you value at the centre of your ongoing review.

Your personal baseline

Compare relevant findings with your own previous measurements.

Continuity over time

Revisit the plan as your health, circumstances and goals change.

A baseline today. A reference point for the years ahead.

Active Years uses quarterly or annual review against your personal baseline. Your clinician agrees the interval, the measures to compare and any repeat investigations that will help guide further care.

Results depend on the cause of your concern and the care selected. We cannot calculate your personal improvement from a short questionnaire. Your own goals give the plan direction; they are not a forecast.

UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS

Before you
choose your plan.

Straight answers about the protocol, its components and the next step.

Who is Active Years for?

The protocol is designed for active adults aged 40 and over who want a personal medical plan around strength, stamina, independence and longer-term health priorities.

What treatment options are part of the portfolio?

The portfolio includes selected blood testing, metabolic care, NAD+ IV, EBOO/EBOO2, phospholipid exchange and monitored membership. Your individual plan states which components are appropriate and what each involves.

Does this reverse ageing?

No. The programme supports clinical assessment, personal care planning and review. It does not promise age reversal, lifespan extension or prevention of a particular disease.

Are treatments repeated automatically?

No. Your clinician agrees any treatment schedule and reviews its role in your care. The quarterly or annual review interval is not an automatic infusion schedule.

Can I discuss wanting to look and feel well as I age?

You can explain that goal during the assessment. Active Years focuses on health, strength and stamina; it does not automatically include cosmetic treatments or a beauty IV.

What do I receive, and what will it cost?

Your clinic assessment leads to a written protocol proposal: the chosen components, any investigations, treatment schedule, alternatives, monitoring and itemised fees. The clinic confirms the consultation fee before booking and the treatment plan before you decide to proceed. There is no single automatic bundle for everyone.
