Sessions leave you depleted, or your usual recovery time has started to feel different.

02 / YOUR CONCERN

Training and life are pulling together

An event, a busy schedule or recurring setbacks have made recovery harder to plan.

03 / YOUR CONCERN

You want to know what belongs in your plan

You want a clinical view of blood testing, hydration, nutrition and the available treatment options.

  • Individual treatment choices
  • Event timing and anti-doping context where relevant
03

Receive the agreed support

Begin your selected care. The clinician confirms any IV ingredients, dose, session schedule and monitoring, alongside the practical recovery plan.

  • Personalised nutrition and hydration advice
  • Selected IV, NAD+ or IV laser care
  • Treatment details and aftercare agreed in advance
04

Review against your training context

OUR CLINIC PORTFOLIO

The building blocks
of your protocol.

Athlete Advantage brings these clinic services into a directed plan. Your clinician selects the components that fit your findings, priorities and medical history.

01Foundation of the pathway

Selected athlete blood tests

Inform the recovery conversation

Choose relevant investigations around your symptoms, training and existing results. Review the findings alongside nutrition, hydration and medical history.

Suitability & evidence

The protocol does not include an automatic fixed sports-test panel.

02A possible treatment component

Performance & recovery IVs

An individually selected infusion option

Explore HSMW's athletic performance and recovery IV services. The clinician reviews whether an infusion is appropriate and confirms the actual formulation and monitoring.

Suitability & evidence

An IV does not guarantee faster recovery or improved athletic performance.

03A possible treatment component

NAD+ IV

An additional treatment discussion

Consider the NAD+ infusion service within your medical recovery plan, with suitability, dose and session details explained before treatment.

Suitability & evidence

NAD+'s biological role does not establish a performance benefit from infusion.

04Individual clinical review

IV laser

A specialist light-therapy option

HSMW's IV laser service sits within the recovery portfolio. Discuss the procedure, its evidence for your goal and how it would fit your individual care.

Suitability & evidence

Evidence for athletic recovery benefits is limited; it is not an automatic protocol component.

A listed treatment is an option for individual review, not an automatic inclusion. The evidence and suitability of each component differ. Your initial check cannot determine which infusion or specialist treatment you should receive.

DEFINE WHAT BETTER LOOKS LIKE

A plan you can
measure against your life.

For athletes and active adults who want their recovery decisions to fit their training and health. We agree the starting measures and review them alongside your experience, treatment tolerability and clinical findings.

Recovery between sessions

Describe your recovery pattern and compare it at the agreed follow-up.

Function in your training

Keep the demands of your sport and everyday life visible when reviewing care.

A plan around your event

Discuss timing and suitability without treating a programme as a guarantee of readiness.

Your recovery deserves a review point.

Agree when to review recovery, function and event preparation with the clinic. The interval follows your situation and chosen care, rather than a standard timetable for every athlete.

Results depend on the cause of your concern and the care selected. We cannot calculate your personal improvement from a short questionnaire. Your own goals give the plan direction; they are not a forecast.

UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS

Before you
choose your plan.

Straight answers about the protocol, its components and the next step.

What is included in the Athlete Advantage pathway?

The pathway connects clinical review, nutrition and hydration context, selected blood testing, a personalised care plan and follow-up. Its treatment portfolio includes performance/recovery IVs, NAD+ and IV laser, with individual suitability decisions.

Is ordinary muscle soreness a reason to have an IV?

Not on its own. Explain the duration, pattern and effect on your training. The clinician considers your recovery habits and medical context before deciding whether any investigation or treatment is useful.

Can I book a specific sports blood-test panel?

This protocol uses clinician-selected testing. If you want a particular panel, ask the clinic to confirm its availability, included markers, collection arrangements, interpretation and price before booking.

What if I compete under anti-doping rules?

Tell the clinician your sport and competition status. Any relevant substance or procedure needs an individual anti-doping check before treatment, including IV procedures.

Will the protocol make me ready for my event?

Event goals inform the plan, but a treatment programme cannot guarantee readiness or performance. Your clinician agrees care and review in the context of your health and training.

What do I receive, and what will it cost?

Your clinic assessment leads to a written protocol proposal: the chosen components, any investigations, treatment schedule, alternatives, monitoring and itemised fees. The clinic confirms the consultation fee before booking and the treatment plan before you decide to proceed. There is no single automatic bundle for everyone.
